Welcome to the world of repeat exams my friend. Its very badly organised. Im in 5th year of that course, believe me theres a place for you! Im not really sure what lecturers or heads to contact but the Admissions Office is always a good start.

If youre worried about missing classes, just find your timetable and go to the classes. Youll find and see the lecturers wont ask too many questions about whether you are registered or not.

You have a class called ADBMS and its group work so if youre not in early you get the **** group and you will need a good mark in this as the theory is a pain in the goolees.

If you do not get any luck out of the admissions office you can get on to the registrars office on 0599170404 (it's extension 404).

Your head of department can find out if you can carry a failed subject - i.e. if you can carry it on and resit it in the next batch of exams (in Jan if your course is semesterised)

    Good luck
