    I was driving on the N4 and a person got done by the camera across from the spa hotel.

    Why do people slow dow well below the speed limit.

    Do they think they might get off if they do it

    suppose it's a knee jerk reaction at that was the case the one time i was flashed by a camera (but luckily not caught)

    Primal action! Unless you are constantly watching your speed, your first reaction is to slam on the brakes and then see what speed you are actually doing. Wouldn't work so well the other way about.
