my psp optical reader died

ok so i was an idiot i bought from singapore and now my umd reader in the psp has died everything else works fine but sony want to charge an arma nd a leg to repair it in there anywhere i can go to get it done? pref in dublin but i dont mind

You can buy the parts off ebay and do it yourself, i just looked and theres loads of umd lasers for sale
