Couple of hands I'm not sure I got the max value, any comments welcome. Don't remember exact hands so bear with me...

Full ring, about 4 donkeys (drink taken) rest unknown plus 2 known competent players.

    Hand 1

UTG: KJs - I make it 5 (I know :D - probably folding to a raise is the plan)
    Villian UTG+1 calls 5
    +3 calls
MP Decent player allin for 30
    I call (loose eh?...fearing a reraise now from UTG+1 or 3)
    UTG+1 smooth calls, +2 folds
    (pot 97)
    Flop KTx rainbow
I check, Villian bets 25, I ask how much behind - dealer tells me 100 (shut up dealer) he has 100, I call.

    Turn blank.
    Check, Villain checks behind.
    River blank
I bet 25, Villian makes crying call and turns over QQ  Allin player mucks.

Lead the turn here for more value? - KJ has kicker trouble, but was I too conservative here?

    Hand 2
    BB: J3o
    lots of limpers
    Flop TJ3 two d
Checked to Button (drunkish donkey) who bets 5(?) SB calls 5
I make it 25 (pot) folded to donkey who raises 25. (30 behind)
I push, not gonna fold this for 75, he calls me a bollix and folds for the extra 30!
Probably all standard , but any comments welcome!

Was the villain with queens Hussey?

If so i think you played the hand fine. You weren't going to get another cent out of him.

First hand is obviously a bit of a ropey hand to be playing a multiway raised pot with, but as palyed I would have check called flop probably, led turn and river after that weak bet which is more often a sign of weakness with bad players than a monster.

Second hand is standard. I don't understand your pot calculations though.Surely if there were lots of limpers preflop (say 7 to the flop) then a fiver bet and called would allow you to make it 35 (for cash) as pot.

    Hand 1:
Preflop: Dont minraise UTG with KJs. Generally you should just muck this hand but raising properly or limping are ok depending on how the table is playing.
Postflop: Check-calling/folding here is probably best depending on villian's tightness unless I know villian is a total donk calling station, then I would bet close to the pot on the flop with a view to getting it all in against him.

    Hand 2:
Postflop: Pot the flop. Get it all in against any donkeys. Fold to a re-raise if a tight player re-raises big.

Could have made it 7 max here, 5 was cus of the lack of 1 chips that the dealer was bitching about. Lot of talk of just playing 5/10!!
I called the allin lagging it up (they were soooted) not a pretty move I know.

tbh the 25 bet confused me, after no reraise after an all in and a call. Read it as a defensive bet - thought about reraising, but with 100 behind from villian, I'm ruling out AA, KK, but AK, or TT or even KT slowplayed is a possible.

Probably should have potted it, but I'm a bit schizophrenic here, I want a call and a non-diamond turn! 25 looks like I'm buying it but gives no odds for flush draw...and drew a nice reraise for an extra 25 giving me the chance to reraise. Although if he had potted it there I had a tough decision.

The reason you lead out for a pot size bet is because if everyong checks behind and the turn is an 8 or a Q or something you decision is much more difficult.
