    hi.

    on the 30th of sept. my band is playing a gig in the temple bar music center.

    was wondering if theres anyone on here who'd be willing to come alon and take a few snaps of the evening maybe for part of there portfolio or whatever.

    feel free to ask any questions about whatever

    How expensive is it to get in and how friendly are the bouncers towards photographers? What type of music is it? I wouldn't want to commit (I'm far from good enough and have never done a band), but I have wanted to try to shoot a band for a while. Any sample music online?

    Tbmc's bouncers are grand, they don't talk much!

    If your shooting it, you'd want to be getting in free though ;)

    I'd love to try something like that to have done it. I'd be interested in giving it a shot, even if someone else was up for it too, no harm having an extra photographer there!

    N.B. I'll prolly be bringing my film slr, doing B+W but I can make them digital if ya want (just scan them in) but I might bring my digital too. I'm kinda doing this to see what it's like, get some practise in, so there's a possibility of un-professionalism, but hey, costs you nothing! I'm not that bad, just covering my ass!

    yep. its the band invocation.

    there will be 2 other bands there too tho.

    whoever is interested i can of course put on the guestlist.

    the myspace page is a bit ****ty but it does the job i suppose. should be a good night on the 30th. any takers?
