Hey, kindof a dual issue post.

First off, I am thinking of trying propecia has anyone any experience with propecia, did they find it to work? what was the cost involved, any side effects. I am 27, and its male patterned baldness from the crown, more than the forehead. I had heard this was the more "treatable" pattern?

Secondly, I was thinking of making an apointment to get a precription for it, but they hair clinic in blackrock cost €300 per appointment, is this a little steep, from my understanding any GP can prescibe it. Anyways, its not really about the cost, so the second issue isnt the major one.

    Thanks

I've used propecia (finasteride) and found that it did nothing for me. Found rogaine to be far more effective. Also, finasteride can have some very nast side effects.
