Philips Gogear HD6320 problems

One of mam's friends asked me to put 150cds onto a philips go gear for her :eek: I did it with great difficulty (it only supports WMP10 syncing and it barely works) But now she says that some songs wont play, After looking at lots of reviews it seems to be a common enough problem, I have tried updating to the latest…

I did it with great difficulty (it only supports WMP10 syncing and it barely works)

But now she says that some songs wont play, After looking at lots of reviews it seems to be a common enough problem, I have tried updating to the latest firmware and doing a complete factory recall and it still has the same problems

Any ideas?
