What's a ten hour family? Think you need to elaborate..

Just heard you on TodayFMs Last Word, less than impressed to be honest. I can't see a single-issue 'party' getting anywhere, the best you can hope for is that people will threaten to vote for you when confronted by a standing TD on thier doopstep.

Also a blog is not a proper website. That undermines the whole thing at the start for me! It reeks of being "off the cuff".

    Mike.

Well Ten Hour Families means what it says
spending two hours commuting mean only ten hours a day left with the kids
seems to be a common experience for alot of peopl. the idea is that the eventual party will have a proper name - this is just something to get started

we're a group for all commuters

lots of single issue parties do well and we are more than that - have a look at the website
also we target lots of constituencies wherer there are new people without political roots - i tihnk our strategy is ok - where we fall down is that we need activists and if poeple don't care enough then it dies

the response has been good though - undreds of hits already

keep up the comments - all criticism appreciated

Think you need to list what your priorities/plans are..

Like what a vote for you will achieve?? Or what you will do. Just saying you'd like commuting to reduce to less than than 2 hours for everyone on the island won't be enough..

Damn! Was I the only one expecting a 'Commuting and Transport Beers' thread? :(

Just what the doctor ordered after the Taxi threads and the locking Debacl.
