    Hey all,

    Has anyone ever set up a sonicwall firewall??

    I'm trying to set one up and could do with a bit of help!!!

    Hey,

    Its a TZ 170.

    Its for a network of 10 pcs.

    The setup is a Cable Modem connected to router which two switches are going into.

    I can't figure out whether to connect the firewall to a switch\router or directly to the modem and what settings to use.

    Option 1:
    Connect the TZ170 to the Router and the switches to the TZ.

    Option 2:
    Connect TZ to the cable modem and then to the router. Allows for minimal configuration of the TZ and probably no routing headaches :)

    Option 3:
    Replace the router with the TZ.

    What OS have you: Standard or Enhanced?
