Bioinformatics textbook

Hey, taking up a postgrad position in the coming weeks, the work will involve a lot of bioinfirmatics which I only have a cursory familiarity with, I'm looking for a comprehensive textbook, as well as a smaller "revision" text on bioinformatics, can anyone recommend any good ones?
