Yeah it will work there is no compatibility issue there.

Neither really they all come from the same factory it is the same card and most likely the same cooler. In some cases they may overclock the card slightly out of the box depending on what vendor is selling it though ATI partners don't engage is this activity as much as NVIDIA ones do.

But the main way they may differentiate is through the bundle in what comes with the card so go with whatever piques your interest or which is cheaper.

the seller of sapphire x1900xt xfire has his feedback as private,wonder why?
its kind worries me, has 98.6 feedback ,with 137 sells and asus seller has prblic view feedback and is power seller,thew asus feedback is 99.8 with 2600 sells

For the sake of 50 bucks it may be worth getting the Asus for piece of mind.
