    Hi Folks,

    Friday evnin nice for a bit of bashing!

    Well I bashed the livin hell outta me jammin X1

    Ended up bending the front Shock mount got it home and corrected it! hope it doesnt break the next time its probably weakend now!

    Anyway Ive noticed that the front shocks when you push down on them dont return as much spring as the did when new now they kinda stay in the place you pushed them to. Are they worn much?
    Dampening is fine tho?

    Was anyone else out for a run over the weekend?
    I was gonna head to Galway to have a look at a race there but when I got up it was slightly raining so went back to sleep.
