    Arising from court case on Friday, as reported in Sat IT, it looks as if it is shut down.

    Mod pls delet this as it is already well covered in legal

    It was more than likely pulled by GoDaddy after the court order brought the site to their attention. Registering with false WHOIS information is in breach of GoDaddy's Acceptible Use Policy.

    Then again there really could be a John Smith living in Moscow who is a member of Victims of the Legal Profession Society.
