I need a reasonably priced digital piano - any suggestions? I saw a Casio one on Audiocity for about €600 but I haven't been able to find out much about it as far as reviews are concerned. Does anyone have one? Or if anyone's selling one for a similar price give me a shout! I'm not a classical pianist or anything I just want it for songwriting maybe a little recording.

Friend has one, great compromise between quality and price. Its good enough for anyone really but still cheap. Anything cheaper would only lead to regrets i would say.

I'll second the Yamaha recommendation. But personally, I'd be inclined to look around for a cheap second hand acoustic piano. The sound is just so much better. But then there are advantages to a digital - more sounds, headphone socket meaning you can play into the night................

But if you want a cheaper option > http://www.thomann.de/ie/thomann_dp40rw_digitalpiano.htm
