Open Kickoxing Training Session!!!!

If anyone is interested we will be holding a open kickboxing training session this Thursday 21st at 8pm in the Combat Sports Centre link below. We have already got a shannon karate club sending some guys. Format will be simple some light drills and finish of with a spar's in the ring. depending on numbers. Drop me a line…
