    Literally folks......anybody know where you can buy them ? Its all private market sale ? But where are they bloody advertised, its not the type of thing you see in the buy and sell ;)

    I hears they go for around €180K for a standalone license? Theres a loophole there for existing pub owners though and they can pick them up for a quarter of the price?

    Im pretty sure Morrissey auctioneers deal in them, they specialise in pub sales but im sure they will point you in the right direction if they can't help direct.

    Hi,
    If you look on www.loadza.com and do a search for homes and then licensed premises there are a few new licenses put up every week.
    Usual cost is 170k to 180k.
    Check out Carryout.ie, they do a good franchise.
    Best of look, it's an expensive start up.
