Hi,

Our apartment is on the market, so we need a solicitor soon enough. We're looking for a reliable City Centre / South Dublin county / S.E. Wicklow based solicitor who does a flat fee for conveyancing.

We have been offered a 0.5% commission by my sister's company, but that is still over what most flat-fee crowds seem to charge.
