Not sure if anyone has seen this new drink around (new to Ireland that is)?



Anyway they have a great set up, if you mail them your photo they have a look and if they like it they use it on the drink.

Long story short, you submit anything and you absolutely lose any and all rights to it. They don't even have to acknowledge your name if they use it.

It's pretty much the same with most competitions like this.

I can hear the professional photographers sharpening their knives. I dont like this sort of thing at all... its the marketing departments covering their asses and not caring one bit about you. They could easily specify that they have unlimited rights to repoduce it on their drinks or for this competition but with rights reverting to you when its over and that you will get credit for the shot throughout but thats a lot longer to type so they dont.
