What over-used 'hilarouis' terms used by other posters on boards.ie really annoy you?

    Heres a few of mine

''Won't someone please think of the children''

    - It was funny once [and it wasnt even that funny], in the simpsons years ago, stop saying it whenever a topic about people under the age of 18 comes up

    ''Wheres the atari Jaguar option?''

-The joke is years old and was never particularly funny unless your some sad pathetic gaming nerd, stop saying it

In answer to a question ''Because you touch yourself at night''

    - Yes we have all seen family guy so stop thinking your smart saying it whenever someone asks you a question its not smart and not funny

    - Not really a term but it really ****in pisses me off when someone instead of posting a decent reply to an argument posts one smiley [maybe even two] and that is supposed to be their point made

[oh and 10er bets an 'hilarouis' poster will reply with the  smiley]

Can anyone think of any more?

forgot to add that one to the list

People screaming 'SPELLING MISTAKES'' at a post when one or two spellings are wrong, if you have nothing to add to the topic then piss off

I admit i used that earlier today... never have before, thought id give it a test run :/

The only 'over used term' that gets on my nerves is the constant demand for more Atari jaguar... theres only so much a man/woman can take.

    ghey

A better list would be the topics that constantly repeat themselves week after week.

Skangers kicked my ass.....i have spots on my willeh.....I played toucch willeh's with my best friend now he hates me.....what are you wearing tonight.......ZzzzZZzzzzzzzzZZ

Actually just look at the list of threads on this forum tonight alone, it's really really worrying that I could possibly be sitting beside some of these people on a bus or in work or in the pub...very scary.

An even better list would be ways to make boards less homosexual.....

Hey! That was never over used.

I (co)made it up though...I've said that line enough so it's over used...

But dammit,it's the only word I've ever (co)made up that's actually caught on so I'm happy.

yea I find quotes from tv shows to be very cheap. rarely somethin is necessary to be said but tv quotes, especially Simpsons, are way over used

I remember when the standard response to a PI thread about a spouse/partner cheating on a person was "Typedef her sister/ma/best friend"

It's sadly underused now in my opnion :(

    Gay fathers of Tallaght

In answer to original question, "Good man". Especially when used to someone posting about how pissed the got/are going to get.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

"Careful now", "Down with this sort of thing", "Boo-urns" get used just quite a lot, though are quite apt if you don't like this thread so I'm surprised we haven't seen them here. The worst acronym though is TBH, especially when it's the only thing written in a reply (usually with a link to a more appropriate place to discuss). It's followed closely by LOL.

I always thought, until a few months ago, that FTW was F#ck The World for some reason.
