    I want it to have the voip as a preference and fall back on the ptsn if the voip fails. I dont need more than 1 line as we have a 2handset dect phone.

    You're probably looking for a Grandstream 486 (or the Sipura 3000) then. Most standard ATA's don't have the PSTN line option. If you buy the ATA separately then they pretty much all work with any SIP provider though some providers' bundled options can be excellent value. Check before you buy one that it's not locked to a particular provider.

    Broadtalk's reputation on this board seems poor. They do seem to offer hardware that works with the PSTN line though the prices are saucy enough.
