Folks im looking for a little help regarding getting this card http://www.elara.ie/products/detailsfull.asp?productcode=ECE1203782
i'm looking to know if it is possible to buy another 7900gt or does the core speeds have to match.

As this is a factory clocked card the ddr is running at 1.44ghz and the core at 520mhz and the stock speed is 1.3ghz and 450mhz and im wondering does the ddr and core speeds have to match for SLI to work?

The cards have to be the EXACT same, sometimes from the same batch...must be the same maker too ...

Uh no they dont, as long as the cards are of the same type e.g two 7900GT class GPUs they will work in SLI even if the cards are from different vendors and with different clock speeds.

This is covered in the SLI FAQ.

It will work, I have two 7800GTX cards with differenct clock speeds for the core & RAM plus different bioses from different vendors (BFG & Gainward) running without a hitch.
