I know how to carry out a Hard Reset on my Pace Sky+ digibox. What I do not know is will I loose programmes I have recorded.

Is it a case there is a risk of this happening?
    Anyone have the answer?

Hard reset formats the hard drive so you will lose all your programmes

    Tony
    Thankyou for the info.

At the moment it doesn't look like I need to do this. Today I was trying to get Setanta TV on my 'Irish Card'. I was trying to subscribe to the Setanta Ireland package and NASN. This was 7.30pm. At the moment I have the full service but suspicion as it is being Setanta's first night of Champions Leauge football. The Setanta channels maybe available free to all basic subscription package holders at the moment to win more subscribers.

My card source advised me to do a hard reset as we initially tried Setanta activation 24 hours previously. I wasn't happy with this suggestion. I did a soft reset (Off at the mains) and Setanta Ireland came on straight away. The other channels didn't. All chanells were available by 10pm.

I am not taking anything for granted yet!!!!

    Thankyou again, Tony.

I'm still getting a full Setanta service almost 24 hours later! Fingers crossed!
