That would really depend on what your interests are, have you anything at all in mind?

Languages, movies, reading. I've been on their website and the living and leisure courses look suitable...
but I'm not 100% sure which ones. If anyone has done any of them, could they let me know...
    I know I dont want IT,Business etc, it's more a past-time I'm looking for..:)

You could try and combine those interests and do the creative writing course by night. Registration for all the part time night courses is tomorrow though so you should have an application in by 5pm to the Adult Education Centre on College Street if you decide to do it or another one. I'm doing First Aid and ECDL by night down there this Winter, there's loads to choose from (some of them are FAS funded too so I got 170 euro off the total cost of the ECDL tests).

They do Italian too, that might be interesting if you are into languages.

You might have more joy at the WIT or Part-Time Learning forums.
