Quick Excel problem. Can I convert "FIRSTNAME SURNAME" to "Firstname Surname"

I've got a large excel sheet with contact details, but everything is written in capitals. Does anyone know if there is a way to change this back to normal formal. "Firstname Surname" rather than "FIRSTNAME SURNAME"? I really don't want to have to do it manually Thanks

This shows how to do it on a single cell. Not sure about multiples yhough.
