    I have been trying to get through to NTL for the last 3 days to place an order for Ditigtal Cable TV.

    Nobody is answering any phones, either in sales or customer service.

    Anybody having similar difficulty in getting through to them?

    Are they always like this?

    In a word.....YES!

    I recently moved into a new house and had an absolute nightmare trying to get through to them and then all the promises to call me back and not turning up when they said they would. But having said all that, I'm actually quite happy with the TV and Broadband package we eventually got from them.

    Strangely enough just as I posted that I rang and straight through, have sky sports now, mad.
