Nothing standing out, very tough today to see a clear winner at a good price or a good E/W bet.

Im gonna have a small E/W on Charlie Tokyo, he's only 5/1 but Im not confident that he'll win the race (3:15 Bev). Its not a hot tip like yesterday but I'll give a chance. He should like the extra 2f and a drop in class. He's beeen slightly unlucky before in better company (hampered, lame etc) so worth a small E/W or a €10 win.

got a text from a jockey heading for Sligo this morning, he says rakamasi , running in sligo this evening, will make the first three at the finishing post.

Im gonna stick me neck out for granny peel in the 1st at Bev.
Has been running hot of late bar a slip up at redcar a few weeks ago
Ground should suit, good to firm at the moment, and has all the ticks in the right boxes for me.....was gonna lash on the win but might plump for a decent EW bet
9-1 at pp at the time of writing

alibabba, do you mind if i could ask whether the jockey is riding it himself and whether he just expects it to be placed?

    Yarmouth 5.05 Bailieborough
Finally got back to form when winning it's last two races. Has a significant weight hike now, but if it's back to it's best then it will have no problem carrying the weight today. Might find one too many today but owes me absolutely nothing and I have no problem backing it again.

    SLIGO 6:15 - ANOTHER SUPERMAN
caught the eye last time he was out which was a very long time ago but another effort like that and he could have a chance to take a fairly poor race like this.

    20/1 on betfair

i realise you said a jockey - no need to be so secretive - we all know jockeys, there are hundreds of them in ireland - that's what i'm trying to figure out - if a guy i know who happened to be a jockey mentioned a horse to me it would be a hell of a lot diefferent than the actual guy who rides out on the horse or who will be riding him in that race, in relation to the money for it there has been a bit but that is partly due to the withdrawal of one of the favourites

sorry if you think i was been secretive, i was just explaining how i mentioned a jockey, and not the jockey. I thought people would have understood straight away that I was not talking about J Allen.

And I said a jockey cos I dont think Mr A Jockey would appreciate if I had his name up on this board, so hence the name Mr A Jockey.

Once again, sorry for the secretive tone, not intended.

BTW : now 4/1, and I dont think its just because a fav pulled out.
