Email - Mail Merge?

    I want to send a personalised email to my entire account base in work but do not want to have to type each one individually. This is not spamming - they are all current customers – I want to send them an invitation to an event, but personalise it with a few small details – name, company and contact etc. There are 200 companies and many different contact in each so doing this manually would take forever. Does anyone know if it is possible to do a sort of Email Mail Merge in Outlook?

    If not what is the best way to do this? I know there are companies who do it etc, but I need it to come from my email address.

    Anyone got any suggestions?

    Use the mail merge function in Word. Just select to send a personalised email and not a letter.
