    Thanks.

Which carpark is it for, North or South?

Have a North Park and Ride myself but it's well out of my way, South would have been alot better for me.

Racso, I have one for the North Car Park for Tuesday 19th if you want it. PM me there if you do. I'll post it tomorrow so should get to you Monday morning.

Jimmy81, I'm actually sorted. I got another South pass last night for Tuesday so I'm okay :) Thanks anyway!

    Hi everyone,
We bought tickets for Tuesday too and requested South parking, but rec'd North! I've been emailing the organisers for a week and a half now and no joy. That will add nearly 70 miles to our journey! Seemingly the problem is widespread, with many applicants receiving wrong passes. Will we def not be allowed into the South carpark, even if we present copy emails etc? Anyone else in this predicament?

Update: Rang the english office to change one of the tickets to my nephew's name, and asked about the car park. They are sending me an e-mail to take to the South car park to use. Hopefully everything will work out.

Weeshie, the reason you were issued with North tickets was that the South car park was sold out for Tues 19th. I tried to ring and reason with them before the deadline and got no joy, but if you want to have a go the number is +44 (0)870 755 3004.

Racso: Put the ticket in the post last night so hopefully you'll get it on Monday morning.

Toulouse I rang a number in Dublin. The UK ticketing crowd have set up an office in Jurys Ballsbridge. When I rang AND emailed them 10 days ago, they accepted the error and told me that I would also be sent an email confirming my space in the South Car Park - and I've still got nothing from them. One man clappin, it looks like we're in the same boat. I'd be amazed if I had anything from them by Monday. The girl I spoke with told me that there are only 3 people dealing with the email queries - that's outrageous considering the extent of this event.

Rang the number above. Left a message and they rang me back a couple of minutes later. took details and about 10 minutes later sent an email to say that I will be allowed park in the South Car Park once i print the email along with the North Car Park ticket.
no problems. ring the number above.

Wonka you're a star! Rang UK and have my email already! I'd be a long time waiting if I was depending on the muppets in Dublin. Many thanks for the advice.

I received an e-mail from the ticket office regarding the change from North car park to South car park. Hopefully that is everything sorted now. Ring the English phone number, they were extremely helpful to me :D
