    Hello i was wondering if you guys could help, i hope this is alright setting up a new thread.:cool:
    Im using a canon 20d, 200mm and 55mm, and i was hoping u could give me ur advice on some of my pics.

    Not bad Dizzy. Technically. light wise and contrast etc they are grand. The Halfpenny bridge ones are the best but the others need a focus point and have too much empty space. You do have an eye for it but the subject of your pics needs to be a bit clearer to the viewer.

    Just my opinion ;)

    As Val said, you need to make your subject that bit clearer! Keep shooting really - Best way to learn!

    Some nice shots there alright. I agree on the Halfpenny bridge pics, they're pretty strong. I also like the one of James Larkin with the spike in the background.

    I like the way you are getting the buildings tilted looking ,makes them look old and original ,like they are .

    You've some lovely shots there Donal.I'd agree witht he rest of the lads,just keep on shooting and enjoying it all and you will learn as you go.Defo on the right track.
