    Hello all,
    I have an old digibox and I can't rememember the PIN, I want to block some channels from the kids. My subscription is defunct over a year so sky are no help! Any ideas :confused:

    I think it might be the last few digits (three or four is it?) on your viewing card number, not sure though.

    Sorry, forgot to mention, using an old card from someone at work. I know, all sounds a bit stuck together, but its working. Thanks for the reply anyway

    Cord, Is the card an ex sky subscription card or a Free to view card?
    (its FTV if you can receive channel4)

    Ask the previous owner to contact sky and request the PIN.
    I would think that they would be obliged to provide him/her with this information regardless if they are a current subscriber or not.
