Sky with wireless audio video sender problem

I purchased a One for ALL SV1720 Wireless Audio Video sender. I connected my Sky digibox to the sender and the receiver and transmitter to the remote and main TVs respectively in accordance with the manual. The remote TV is picking up a perfect Sky picture and I can change channels with the remote control. The main TV is not getting any signal however - it is one of those TVs that counts down and switches off after 5 minutes when not getting a signal (the digibox is connected to input 1 the 1 button is selected on top for TV1 and TV2 and the transmitter cable is connected correctly between the transmitter output and the main TV). I have two digiboxes and TVs and tried the transmitter on the second box and TV. On this TV, I received a partial picture (black and white with flashes of colour and jumping picture) and did receive sound.

My assumption from this is that there is a faulty scart connection on the top of the transmitter as the signal is fine on the remote TV. Therefore I should bring back to the shop. Would this sound about right or could something else cause this problem?

Yes, but no joy. I have it working now by bypassing the transmitter for the TV connection. The digibox is connected directly to the TV and to the transmitter via the VCR scart output. This means that I cannot connect a second device such as a VCR to the transmitter but as I have Sky + I can live access to the VCR from the remote location.
