I have just gotten myself a new clock that displays the time in code...

The Blue circles represent a lit up light while the white circles are lights that are turned off..

What time does my clock say it is?

No silly play on words here or anything like that going on here.
Straight up logical puzzle based on the picture.

    Good luck :D

    21:45:36
If you say its a straight up logic puzzle then i doubt its binary, could be wrong?

    Actually looking at it again,
    It prob is binary and is 21:59:47, they way i was thinking was you ad up the numbers each blue dot represents. So first line 2, 2nd = 1, 3rd = 3+1 = 4, 4th = 4+1=5, 5th = 3, 6th = 3+2+1 = 6. I'd say you could do one that way too?
