I've done a search on here and can't seem to find any threads about the above. just looking for some tips on the best/cheapest places for shopping in new york. and any of the must see / thing to do while there.

check out century 21,its a huge clothes store beside ground zero,ridiculously cheap for branded jeans/jocks and socks,the mens section is relatively handy to navigate,the wife said the womens was a nightmare!;)

Jersey Gardens or Woodbury Common.

anyone know which would be the better one to go to.

jersey gardens is nearer than woodbury commons and has a similar range of stores,a lot of high end stores that are expensive even for a discount mall. takes an hour by bus to get from port authority bus terminal to WC,train to jersey gardens is about 30 mins.
