Student; 2 P/T jobs

I am going back to college next monday and I will probably be getting my old job back where I worked before I came home for the summer.
However, I have also been asked back to my other job I had at home(I last worked there about a year or 2 ago).
What I was thinking was that I could work maybe one or two days during the week with my job at college and then do a sat/sunday with the job at home.

My question is; How would this work as regards tax etc?
I only have one P45, so where do I give that and then what do I give to whichever job I start next?

Obviously, I shouldn't be getting taxed because I'm a student, but would having 2 different jobs change that?

    Thanks.

Doesn't really matter how many jobs, as long as you earn less than €15,600 you won't have to pay tax. At least, I think that's the figure. Anyway, unless you're some sort of high-class escort, you won't be earning enough to pay tax.

If you're returning to an old job, surely they still have a copy of your old P45?

Ok, not exactly sure how it works so...

Typical, looking for a job all summer with no luck then two come at once.

    thanks

Ring up the tax office. Usually you hand in your P45 to your new job, and ask the tax office to send the other form to the second job. Don't think the second one is called a P45, tho.

i know my friend was in a similar situation to yourself before, as in holding down two jobs, and she was allowed to allocate tax credits to each of the jobs as she was gettn paid more in one than n the other and thus getting taxed in one job and not in the other. just a point to keep in mind in case your gettin fleased in tax in one job and not in the other.
