VOIP Recommendation

    Hi,

I've been using Blueface for both business and residential phone services.
Whilst there are a lot of positives about the service they provide, there are a few negatives that make me want to change.
We use the residential service as our only phone at the house, but at the office I only use blueface for outgoing calls and faxes.
I've been looking at switching to voiceireland, but I've called them twice to get info and both times they said they'd need to get a tech to call me back, but both times no one has.
So that doesn't inspire me about their service.
Does anyone here use them for business phone services?
    How do you find them?
Do you still use Eircom for incoming calls?
Part of my job is recommending services like this to businesses, at the moment I'm not sure I should be as the reliability of blueface and the customer service of voiceireland has been a bit of an eye-opener.
In your experience who is the best VOIP provider available in Ireland?
I realise this is a fairly broad question as you can judge quality on lots of factors.
But the main factors I'm looking for are services(phone, fax, geographic numbers) and reliability.
