yet another magnet entertainment rant

    I swear watching the magnet TV service is like a lottery. You don't know which channels are going to be on on a given day. Todays missing channels are BBC2 and Bravo. What is galling the most is that they charge extra for bravo.

    So what happens when you call their number (1800 MAGNET) eh i sorry loike but i'm the only one here and the tech. people are only contactable by email. so I ask them to send a damn email and they don't acknowledge it. The lonely magnet phonemonkey can't even request a read receipt with these emails, so I have no idea when the tech. people are going to solve the problem for me.

    This crowd are supposed to be a phone company too, then where are the damn phones, and why can't they use them.

    If the one person employed to take calls for magnet cannot do anything, then why don't they just replace him with an answering machine.
