    I am looking for some 6mm maple fronted plywood/MDF - does anyone know where I can get this??

    You could try

    Panelling Center (Santry, 01 8841142, also a branch near Dun Laoighre)
    Noyeks (Ballymount 01 4195700, also in Finglas, Tralee and Ennis)
    Woodworkers, Mount Tallant Avenue, Dublin

    You might only be able to get single sided MDF or plywood in thin sheets.

    Thanks Joe, tried the panelling centre & they hung on me whilst I was on hold - woodworkers have 7mm maple veneered MDF for €46 a sheet. Will give the other place a try tomorrow.
