    I know a guy who was killed on a bike last year ,I grew up with him.He came to a corner too quickly.
    I'm glad I wasn't there yesterday when the accident happened ,I think of the guys family and three kids ,he was 34 according to the news.
    I took a few motorcycle lessons last year and I hope to have a motorbike of my own at some stage.

    Tough sport to do. The picture really conveys the sense of speed. You are getting good at the panning! :) 34 is a very young age to die at. RIP

    I'd just like to make it known that my panning would have taken at least another 2 years to perfect ,if it were not for the help of Dimy from here at boards.ie.

    Nice shot! I agree with the others who have posted that it is a good example of panning!

    I used to live in the Isle of Man and it seems that death and road racing are all too often spoken in the same breath. The IOM TT certainly had its fair share!

    Someone told me theres races at Kells next week ,with great places to get shots of the bikes. I never heard of it before though ,anyone know of it ?
