I saw a picture a few weeks back in the people of an artists impression of the view from the new road roundabout of the proposed development of the mart site. The most noticeable thing for me was the absence of all those nice trees that are along that road between lenehans pub and the roundabout. Is it in the plans to cut them down? I think it would be a bit of a shame if that were to happen - the development on that site seemed to look very modern (and gaudy tbh) for our medieval city - at least the trees would have blocked the view!

Yea, it'd be a pity if they were cut down, they're quite nice.
