PCI Serial card

    lads i have installed a pci card into machiene and i dont have driver for said card, now heres the clinker i dont know the make or model of said device,
    can anybody throw light on my problem

    This is a PCI card with a serial port on it correct ?

    Well the last time I had used one of those didn't need a driver the OS (XP) installed the driver automatically (though not all cards are the same so this probably isn't the case for you).

    Isn't there any markings on the card itself that identify it in any way even on the chips ?

    You can try running this and see if you can find out the chipset the card is based on. A google might then lead you to drivers.
