Hey all, Im looking for a bit of advice. Im heading to Malaysia at xmas from australia, but after malaysia im looking to tour through indonesia, vietnam, Cambodia, China... What i need to know is can i enter malaysia on a one-way flight, or do i need to organise an outgoing flight before entering. Does the same apply for indonsia? I've checked up visa's for malaysia and i don't think i need to apply before entering the country. Can i sort out my visa for indonesia in malaysia, or should i get it sorted beforehand?
Also will i run into problems not knowing exact dates when leaving the likes of indonesia/vietnam.
I have been hoping to take the countries at my leisure, and not have everything 'ironclad', or should i get my ass in gear and sort out my plans?

Hi spent a bit of time in Indonesia, i entered from Australia and you do need to have an out going flight from somewhere. My out going flight left from singapore so i had no probs. Indonesia is great, go to the gillis - gili air excellent place to flex out for a while.

cheers guys, ya i figured i needed proof of leaving the country.. could i organise it by rail? or does it have to be a flight? The temptation of kicking back and surfing some remote areas in indonesia is too tempting!!!
