Was reading the Star and it says:

Vouchers will be mailed within 10 working days

Vouchers must be redeemed by 12pm Sept the 15th

One of mine has been dispatched, the other was a pre-order which is due for release tomorrow. Not received the first item yet, but it was only dispatched yesterday or the day before.

I got my order yesterday. Much faster than I expected but it was a new release and I've found older/warehouse items take longer to dispatch.

True, mine was a warehouse item, took them about a week or more to dispatch it.
