    A good while back I used to circulate a weekly newsletter with idiot stories like this with my own sarcasm added. Judging by this chap, I could start it again.

    Fantastic, older people thinking back on thier childhood reminisce about the goats every rural homestead seemed to have and how they have all but dissapeared from modern Ireland, well the Dept of Transport could now has the perfect excuse to reintroduce the goat into everyday life as mobile hazards so forcing down the average speed on the roads.

    Don't say they could'nt think of it! :D
