I am hoping somebody can assist me with connecting a Linksys compact wireless-g router [WRT54GC] to an Irish Broadband Ripwave router. have tried both Linksys and IBB for help and while Linksys have over the course of a number of mails tried to help I have not been able to get the router to recognise the presence of the IBB Ripwave box. IBB were as usual very unhelpful.

PC: Dell Dimension 8300 with windows XP SP2.

    Should be easy-peasy

Configure the router to do the DHCP and NAT and plug the Ripwave into the WAN socket of the Router and hook up your PC. Make sure to power cycle all HW/modmes/router too.

check in the router configuration page what assigned IP addy you get from IBB (first octect of the IP addy usually is 87/83/62) ... and bobs your uncle :)
