    Hi,
I have a client who uses quicktime pro to export movie files to a .mov file . this works ok - the movie ends up at about 6mb . however when he goes to upload this file onto our server the file uploaded is of the same name e.g. movie.mov but is a fraction of the size - like about 600kb - its as if its a refernce/link to the original or something - but the movie is originally saved as 'self-contained'.there is nothing wrong with the upload facility on our server.i'm not a mac user i'm afraid so i dont know whats happening. he emailed the movie to me and when i opened it there were 2 files called movie.mov - 1 was 6mb and the other about 600kb.

Any ideas about whats happening would be greatly appreciated
