Hi, Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, i can't find a more relevant one.. I'm looking to remove chewing gum that's stuck to my carpet. Anyone have any ideas how to remove it? Thanks

Isn't rubbing peanut butter into it supposed to help? The oil in the peanuts will break down the gum.

Ice cube it and it will come off easily enough if its a flat carpet. If its a deep carpet its a bit of a disaster and time for a nice footstool to appear.
