EDIT: there is no health forum so I'm posting here.

hi all. Heres a rundown of my current state.

    I'm a 6'2" male 230lb's 20 years old.

Have been overweight my entire life (well 5-20 anyway). went from 300~ lbs to 230lb's in about 9 months between March 2005 and October 2005 through exercise and diet.

Used to smoke 20-30 a day for 5 years (15-20) but have not smoked since march.

Full bloodwork tests done in April, stated that everything appeared normal, blood pressure, cholesterol etc.

    Now on to the problems.

For the last 4 years or so I have been getting what I can only describe as heart palpatations. It happens randomly, mainly due to smoking at the time but lately it just happens randomly. I have no illusions as to my current weight and state of health but I am a relatively healthy person who walks everywhere, goes to the gym three days a week, follows a solid carido and weights program and in general I eat healthily and I avoid excessive amount of fatty food and alcohol. I just sometimes feel like my ehart is under pressure and i can sometimes see the arteries/veins in my arm twitching/pumping blood, this happens in my left leg, left deltoid, left bicep, left elbow and left thumb area. I used not take any notice but it feels like it shouldnt be happening.

I have not experienced pins and needles

I appreciate you posting plenty of details about your current condition, but unfortunately, it is not possible to give you a diagnosis as to what is causing this without being able to ask more questions and clinically examine you as well as ordering further tests.

I suggest you go to your GP about these symptoms who would be able to do this and give you some answers.
