Possible stupid question. I've just reinstalled Pokertracker on my new laptop and I thought of something... Is it possible to have pokertracker retain the information and stats from a table that i'm not playing on?? I'd like to leave it open 24 hours a day to follow the omaha game that I play. Any ideas???

Not with most sites. You used to be able to with some of them, but not on most of them anyways anymore.

There are hand grabbers out there though that can do this for you, but I am not sure of the legality of them from a poker sites point of view. Mr Flibble had one done that works on Tribeca only I think so you should PM him here to ask about it. I don't know if it does Omaha hands though or only hold'em. I believe the results of this can be imported into PT.

last time I checked you could data mine party poker. there will deffo be players in here that can tell you, or a quick search on 2+2 will probably find you an answer

What site or sites do you want to datamine? There's handgrabbers for Party and UB that I know of, both are against T's & C's.

Yes Kieran, theres an application that has been made by Mr Flibble on boards called Goldmine. it allows you to datamine 16 tables at once. Not sure how much it costs.

There used to be a Mining tool for Stars, but it's against their T&C's so they (the guys who wrote it) took it off the market. AFAIK there is no way to mine Stars.

Although like with the Party grabber, if anyone knows of a way to mine Stars, that info would be most appreciated....

ermm, its actually "hear hear". Originally it was "hear him" but over the years became "hear hear" and it did originate in the British Parliment.

I'm only telling you because I'm sure you wanted to know!! :p:p:p
