Ordered Sky Online- How long?

    Hi,

    I ordered Sky online on Monday. I believe I should get a paper contract in the post. How long would I normally have to wait for this and can I expect installation within 2 weeks?

    I ordered Sky HD online 2 weeks ago and rang them two days ago to enquire when the install would take place. Sky had no record of my order, despite the fact that I had printed out the confirmation I had received from the online ordering process. Also, the Sky call centre (which seems to be in Scotland) were not aware that their Irish website was offering the HD box for 299 euro, reduced from 449 euro. Anyway, I re-ordered and was given an install date of 13 Sept, which wasn't too bad, I suppose. The Sky people were also very unsure of offers on the Irish website about channel packages etc, and they don't seem to respond to emails either!

    Thanks. I haven't got a contract in the post. So I think I will phone.
