This seems kinda dodgy to me, this can't be inside Ebay's policy is it? If not how do I go about reporting this seller?

    hmm,,
Just checked a few google groups threads and some of the posts worry about it being a scam while others have said it appears okay and they have used marketworks.com before.
Safest thing to do may be to mail ebay and see what their policy is with this site.

    Looks fine to me.
Many traders use an 'external' site to handle their payments.
AFAIK that one is actually run by eBay.
Once you use PayPal you're still covered, indeed it may even take you out again to the PayPal site to complete it.

    Good advice from Kippy.
Better to be safe than sorry so check with e-bay!

Not entirely sure about this one. I have bought from a number of big sellers who did not use eBays checkout but their one which was faster (go through their seller form and then sends you to Paypal). They all worked out fine.
